Returing A Package If a product is found defective, Shortie’s Candle Company™ will replace it free of charge. All returns must be authorized by a Shortie’s Candle Company™ Representative. Returned products will only be accepted within 30 days of shipment date. Products must be received back to our warehouse undamaged and unused. Returned products are subject to shipping charges. Custom and wholesale orders are not returnable unless defective. Shortie’s Candle Company™ will not be held responsible for the condition of any returned packages, and we will not return any broken or mishandled merchandise to the customer. For our employees safety, any and all broken or mishandled returns will be discarded and you must take reimbursement issues up with your shipping company. |
