Website Problems
1. How do I find the scent I want?

A. There are several ways in finding the scent you are looking for. 1. Click on the Shop by Collection or Fragrance drop down list and choose your scent from a collection or the scent list. Next hit the go button next to the list to visit the Collection or Fragrance of your choice. 2. Take the first letter of the scent you are looking for and click on that letter in the alphabet across the bottom of the page. 3. Click on the words VIEW ALL SCENTS and you will be able to view all scents in an alphabetical order. 4. Click on the Candles link and click on a collection or category.

2. How do I see scent descriptions once I have found the scent name I am looking for?

A. Click on the actual scent name.
B. If you are viewing a picture of a scent and you would like to find out what the scent description is click on the actual picture and it will take you there.

3. How do I change sizes of candles?

A. When looking at the actual product page you will see radio buttons with a picture of the product and size next to it. Click anywhere on the picture/text/radio button to change the sizes. You will be able to view the candles with their specification including sizes, weights, burn times, and prices if you are still having problems please refer to question 5.

4. How do I Check-Out?

A. To Check-Out you add your products to your cart and when you are ready click on the Checkout button. If you are in middle of the website and want to get back to your basket click on View Basket. and click on Checkout. Follow directions to fill out all necessary information and when you are finished click on Finalize and you will be emailed a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email then your order was not processed. If you do not have any items in your Basket you will not be able to checkout, or even see the Checkout tab.

6. How do I contact Shortie's Candles?

A. Click on the Contact button that is across the top navigation bar of the website. You will be able to send us an email using that contact form.
