Tracking A Package When an order has shipped an email is sent to the customer’s email they used to set up their account. This email will be from a UPS source and the customer will not be able to reply to it. It will include your tracking number, ship date, and delivery date. If the delivery date is not included in the email you may take your tracking number and click here to visit UPS.com. Click on the UPS tracking link and enter the tracking number then click Track. You will be able to view your estimated delivery date and view your packages process.If you did not receive your tracking email please call toll free 1-866-GR8-SCNT and ask a customer service specialist to look it up for you. You may also email a customer service representative through our contact form and ask for your tracking number. When inquiring please include your name, phone number, and order number. |
