Broken or Damaged Items When opening a package always take proper precautions in case of broken glass. If a product(s) is broken during shipment please retain all the materials used in the shipping procedure including packaging peanuts, bubble wrap, box and the broken candle(s). We will have a UPS representative pick up all broken/damaged package claims.
Broken/Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery to Shortie's Candles at toll free 866-478-7268, or use our contact form. Please make sure to report any noticeable damage of goods to your UPS driver at time of delivery. All claims made 48 hours after delivery will be deemed customer mishandling and will not be eligible for return or claim. Once your Mishandled Merchandise has been reported to Shortie's Candles please carefully repackage the damaged goods in the original packaging and keep for further instruction from a UPS or Shortie's Candles Representative. Your replacement candles will be mailed out once the original damaged package has been picked up by a UPS Representative. |
