E-mail Related Issues1. What do I do if my e-mail address has changed but I still want to keep my Candle Bucks™ and/or receive monthly email specials?
A. Log into your account with your old email and password, and update your e-mail address with your new e-mail address. If you have lost your password, you can create a new account and contact customer service to have your Candle Bucks™ transferred to your new account.
B. Call toll free 1-866-GR8-SCNT and let your customer service specialist change the information for you.
2. What do I do if I do not want to receive promotional emails anymore?
A. Either click on the account link on the top of this page to edit your e-mail preferences, or on the bottom of each email is a link to unsubscribe from our mailings. Click on that link or click here and you will be taken to an email form. Ask to be removed and you will promptly be taken off our e-mail list.
